Terms of Service:

Please read carefully the below-mentioned terms & conditions before purchasing our services. The use of this website and the purchase of any services from it are governed by these terms and conditions. We retain the right to amend the terms and conditions of usage at any time. Our team works with a number of clients to provide website development & digital marketing services within their budget.

Sharing Personal Information:

BRAND DIGISOL (Unit of Lakshmi Enterprises) promises to keep customer information confidential.

Late Fee / Non-Payment:

All services will be canceled if you delay or fail to pay for the renewal within 7 days of the due date.
Your website and other services will be suspended from our end after 14 days.
Your website and data will be erased from all of our systems after 30 days of non-payment.
Your complete data including website, emails, and other details, will be removed instantly.

Project Duration, Project Plan, and Delay in Data Submission:

The project plan and schedule is prepared based upon requirements, at the time of requirement analysis. The schedule is subject to change due to changes in project requirements, additional revision requests, delays in data submission, etc. The customer agrees to submit all data required for the project in a timely manner as per the project schedule. A delay in data submission may cause project delays. A delay more than 10 days beyond the due date of payment will lead to the suspension of the project. In case of suspension of the project, work will be stopped until payment is done to resume the project.

Any of our clients are not permitted to use any of our services or products in an illegal way, in any way, including for pornography, or to send out any material (via email, redistribution, or any other means) that promotes physical injury or obliteration of belongings. Clients are not permitted to use any of our services/products to broadcast any material (via email, uploading, posting, or otherwise) that infringes on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary civil liberties, including, but not limited to, the unlawful copying of copyrighted material and the digitization and circulation of images or photographs from any source such as magazines, books, or other publications. Clients are also prohibited from using our products to compile, or attempt to compile, private information/details about third parties without their knowledge or written consent. Circulation and/or redistribution of copyrighted material, as well as the aforementioned intrusion, will not be tolerated.
